Since the owner of the property is not often present, he has to be able to use the functionalities of the automation system remotely. Integration with all systems in the house (music, curtains, etc.) was important in order to reach the highest level of comfort.
The Vantage system offered to this project a comprehensive set of integrated automation and lighting control solutions. The dimming systems provided precise and simultaneous control of the widest range of lighting sources, including energy efficient LED lighting. Thanks to the HVAC integration, the owner can fully control the temperature in and around the residence. Also the RGBW color lines positioned in strategic locations bring the desired look & mood in the rooms. The project stroked the optimal balance between comfort and environmental awareness, in parallel complementing the modern decor.
The owner of the property was familiar with the system for several years. He chose Vantage because of the ability to integrate a very diverse set of systems, as well as the quality of the products finishing.
